Warranty and Repair Policy

Samboro Luggage has always been known as one of the best in the industry for standing behind our products. We continue to offer this high standard of service for both our Samboro and Delsey brands.

Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the length of the warranty period as specified on the warranty card attached or enclosed with each product.

If ever a defect should arise, Samboro Luggage will repair or replace (at our discretion) your luggage and return it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover airline or other carrier damage or misuse. By the nature of its use, luggage is subject to normal wear and tear, Samboro is not responsible for this or damage to contents. Always inspect your luggage before leaving the terminal and act immediately to file a claim if your luggage has been damaged in transit.

No Questions Asked Unconditional Warranty* - for "Everest Collection" ONLY

Due to the superior design, stringent product testing, top quality material and workmanship employed in making the Everest Collection Samboro Luggage is committed to offer the following warranty:

*Frist year of ownership
Our warranty will cover the repair of all functional aspect of your "Everest" bag for one year. Due to the nature of use, cosmetic wear or cleaning will not be covered, nor loss of the bag or its contents. Airline damage should be claimed with the carrier before leaving the baggage claim area. However, if you choose not to claim the airline, but wish us to repair your bag, we will still do so at no charge.

You are only responsible to ship your bag pre-paid to us or the nearest authorized repair depot after contacting our Customer Service (1-800-923-3388). Leave the rest to us to repair and ship back to you at our cost. If we find the bag not repairable, we will replace the product for you.

*Year 2-10 of ownership (Limited):
After the first and til the 10^th year of all repair cost for any problem due to defective material or workmanship. However, airline damage or normal wear and tears will not be covered.
