DELSEY takes pride in the quality and design of our luggage. Since DELSEY's products bring you the very best in technology, durability and quality, our warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase (Warranty period please find products Hang Tag mentioned). Save your receipt and if a problem does arise in the quality of your product, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-923-3388 for a repair location in Canada, or for one of our many Worldwide Service Centers. Our Service Centers will promptly repair or replace your luggage at our expense. The only expense you will incur will be the freight for sending your bag in for repair. It is important to realize, however, our warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal wear and tear, abuse of the product, or common carrier mishandling. If a common carrier damages your luggage, contact them immediately to file a claim. If you need service on a non-warranty repair, contact our Customer Service Department and they will direct you to an authorized service center that will repair your bag at a nominal cost. Delsey Luggage offers a worldwide service program wherever you travel. Throughout the world, Delsey distributors are there to offer appropriate solutions if any problems occur with your product. In Canada service is offered through our Samboro network of authorized service centres for your Delsey products. quality of raw materials, components as well as craftsmanship through
advanced technology and an "I care" attitude, our Elite
collection has a world wide all inclusive warranty that covers any type of
damage that your bag may incur. Whether it is a defect of workmanship,
materials or has been broken or damaged by a common carrier, Delsey will
repair or replace it free of charge for the first year with no questions
asked. Just save your receipt. *For the first twelve months of ownership. After 12 months limited worldwide warranty takes effect.

Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the length of the warranty period as specified on the warranty card attached or enclosed with each product. If ever a defect should arise, Delsey Luggage will repair or replace (at our discretion) your luggage and return it free of charge. The warranty does not cover airline or other carrier damage or misuse. By the nature of its use, luggage is subject to normal wear and tear, Delsey is not responsible for this or damage to contents. Always inspect your luggage before leaving the terminal and act immediately to file a claim if your luggage has been damaged in transit.
